This policy explains how Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited ("Boost My Business", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data. It applies when you use this website or engage our services in the United Arab Emirates.

We do not collect payment card data on this website. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and similar storage
This website sets no analytics cookie and shows no cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 runs cookieless, under Google Consent Mode defaults set to "denied". It records aggregate page views without an identifier for you. The contact form keeps the address of your first page in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. Your enquiry can then say where it came from. You can block all storage in your browser settings; the site still works.

Each provider acts on our instructions under a written agreement. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards. We may also share data where UAE law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. We answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection regulator for our registration. We will name it in our reply.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form enquiries are stored on access-controlled infrastructure and read only by the people who reply to you. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
