These terms govern your use of this website and the marketing services of Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited ("Boost My Business", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Services
We provide restaurant marketing services across the United Arab Emirates. They cover websites, paid advertising, Google Maps and local SEO, delivery apps, WhatsApp and CRM, reputation, content and branding. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
Term and notice
Unless your proposal says otherwise, engagements run on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may end the engagement by giving the notice period stated in the proposal, in writing.
Results
We work to agreed targets and report against them weekly. Marketing outcomes also depend on factors outside our control, such as market conditions, venue quality, pricing and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee a specific result unless it is stated in writing.
Fees and payment
Fees, ad spend and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Third-party media spend on Google, Meta and the delivery apps is separate from our management fee unless the proposal states otherwise. Fees are quoted exclusive of UAE VAT unless stated.
Intellectual property
Website content, designs and materials we create for you become yours on full payment, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools and know-how. The content of this website remains our property.
Liability
To the extent UAE law allows, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the competent UAE courts.
