These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Get More Restaurant Customers website and the marketing services provided by Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited (“Boost My Business”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide restaurant and F&B marketing services across the United Arab Emirates, including websites, paid advertising, local SEO, aggregator optimisation, CRM, reputation, content and branding. Specific scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement for each engagement.

No lock-in

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements operate on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice as set out in the applicable proposal.

Results

We work to agreed targets and report transparently, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, venue quality, pricing, third-party platforms). We do not guarantee specific results unless expressly stated in writing.

Fees & payment

Fees, ad spend and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Third-party media spend (e.g. Google, Meta, aggregators) is separate from our management fees unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Website content, designs and materials created for you become yours on full payment, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools and know-how. Content on this website remains our property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
